1、 Maintenance of CNC system.

The CNC system is the central part of the machining center. Therefore, the following points must be carefully observed when maintaining the CNC system:

1. Strictly abide by the operating procedures and daily maintenance system.

2. Prevent dust and dirt from entering the CNC device.

3. Prevent the system from overheating.

4. The input/output devices of the CNC system need to be cleaned regularly.

5. The brush of DC motor shall be inspected and replaced regularly.

6. Regularly check and replace the storage battery.

2、 Maintenance of mechanical parts:

1. Maintenance of the main drive chain.

2. Maintenance of ball screw thread pair.

3. Maintenance of tool magazine and tool changing manipulator.

3、 Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Regularly clean or replace the filter or sub filter screen of each lubrication, hydraulic and pneumatic system; Regularly conduct oil quality test and inspection for the hydraulic system, add and replace hydraulic oil, and regularly discharge water from the water separator and air filter of the pneumatic system.
