This kind of problem usually displays 6 on the LED screen, and 303/304/305/308 alarms are displayed on the PMM screen in the system screen. The main reason for the fault is that the serial encoder of the servo motor does not calculate numbers during operation or the pulse is lost. This kind of phenomenon needs to be turned on after shutdown, and the alarm usually disappears. If there is still an alarm, the motor or feedback cable should be replaced immediately, But don't be too happy if the alarm disappears. We need to run other commands for debugging after the CNC machining center returns to the reference point again. The weak PMM308 alarm may be caused by interference, and it can be started after shutdown.

For such problems, we should first check the connection accuracy or disconnection of the encoder amplifier and feedback line of the CNC motor in the CNC machining center. If the shield of the motor feedback line is not intact, please go to the manufacturer for warranty as soon as possible. Generally, the encoder and motor of the motor are connected in CNC machining, and it is better not to disassemble them.
