In the past two years, the robot industry has attracted the attention of domestic governments at all levels, as well as enterprises and the market, and has developed rapidly in both industrial and service fields. Under the circumstances of German Industry 4.0, American re industry planning, and new policies formulated by Japan, China also pays more and more attention to the development of robot industry and intelligent manufacturing, and governments at all levels are introducing relevant support policies. In 2013, China sold 37000 industrial robots, accounting for 20.67% of global sales. A large number of enterprises invested heavily in the robot industry in 2014, and the Easy Industrial Robot was also born in 2014.

With the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend, the future labor shortage will become a medium - and long-term phenomenon, and the improvement of manufacturing automation will be the general trend. It is understood that the "13th Five Year Plan" being formulated will combine the overall environment of intelligent manufacturing and the mission of transforming from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power to formulate relevant policies and create a relevant environment. However, behind the sudden fire, it also requires cold thinking. Shi Jinhao believes that the added value of robot products in China is relatively low. Among the 37000 robots sold in China in 2013, only 9500 were domestically made. The scale of the robot industry is small, the overall technical level is at the low end, the core technology depends on imports, and leading large enterprises are few. It can be said that China's robot industry is still in its infancy, and has not completed its own industrial system of R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. At present, there are nearly 400 companies related to robot manufacturing, but these enterprises mainly focus on system integration. There are very few enterprises that really do robot ontology, and core components still rely on imports. We can make simple up and down logistics transfer robots, but the high-tech ones are still monopolized by foreign countries. Although there are many robot patents in China, there are few patents that can really be industrialized.

At the beginning of 2014, the famous JASU International Machinery Group in South China started to enter the field of industrial robots, established the E-SU Fast Industrial Robot Project Department, set up R&D, production, sales and other departments, and specialized in the development of automatic machinery. The Group has a strong R&D team, advanced processing equipment and excellent production and processing capacity. In close cooperation with South China University of Technology, it has developed linear and articulated robots, stamping robots, injection molding robots, etc., which can be widely used in CNC machine tool loading and unloading, welding, handling, spraying, grinding and other processes. The product has a simple programming interface, which can be easily programmed and taught, providing a cost-effective industrial robot application solution for small and medium-sized enterprises.

We sincerely invite enterprises and talents who are interested in industrial robot industry to join us, and we will work with you to create a new era of automation.
